As the creative minds behind Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. get ready to fine-tune the Season 5 finale, steps are being taken to see that it also satisfies as a series finale, should the ABC drama not get renewed. “We are in process [of writing the finale],” co-showrunner Jed Whedon told TVLine on Saturday at the show’s Episode 100 celebration. Added co-showrunner Maurisa Tancharoen: “We know what it is.” And what it is, Tancharoen said, could serve as “either” a season or series finale. Whedon elaborated, “Yeah, we’re ready for if this is the end. We’re definitely going to make it rewarding either way.”

FX has already released a series of strange promos to hype up the second season premiere of Legion, but the latest clip might be the trippiest one yet. Called "Amorphous," the promo starts with David Haller (Dan Stevens) looking directly into the camera and speaking, but everything goes off the rails rather quickly. Legion returns to FX on April 3rd.

The second season of Jessica Jones is set to drop on Netflix in one week, and to promote the impending premiere the streaming platform released a featurette with the cast and crew, including star Krysten Ritter, showrunner Melissa Rosenberg and more. A major theme that's touched on by Rosenberg and the other cast members is that these aren't superheroes, but regular people trying to exist.

‘Captain Marvel’: Gemma Chan Joins Cast As Minn-Erva
Another piece of Captain Marvel casting has fallen into place. Humans star Gemma Chan is set to play Minn-Erva in the Disney/Marvel superhero movie that stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel. Per the comics-verse, Minn-Erva (aka Doctor Minerva) is a Kree geneticist and spy.
