In the most unique and arguably one of the best Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. episodes to date we are shown Jemma Simmons’ “What I Did On My Summer Vacation” story. It’s hard not to feel for the Science Babies or Will but we understand they all have their side to tell. The episode raises more questions than it answers but we are more than satisfied with the answers we’ve received. Don’t forget the events that unfolded at the end of last episode! We still have plenty to look forward to as Marvel continues to not disappoint. We’ll discuss the whole thing this week so press play to help us help you along this incredible ride. AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. EPISODE "4722 Hours" [06:05]
This was NOT the normal S.H.I.E.L.D. episode. Even the title card was different. And SP was right! It was another guy. And the mystery of how the Kree monolith worked was solved – it was the alignment of the moons on the destination planet. Lauren and her husband Scott pick up some similarities to 2001: A Space Odyssey (A.K.A. A Will Odyssey). Was this your favorite Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode? The episode DOES make Lauren and Haley want to go back and watch the first part of the season again to watch Simmons the whole time. There are still lingering questions about just who is Will? What or who is the Grim Reaper? Is Will The Grim Reaper? Just who sent Will and his team out there? Was it really NASA?? Was HYDRA involved? And never fear. There IS a lengthy discussion about the science behind the wormholes and what to expect on the planet Will and Simmons were sent to. Lauren has a Project Paperclip theory about how NASA got the Monolith to begin with. Of course there’s all sorts of wild speculation being thrown around about when are we going to find out all the answers to all of the questions raised so far.
